About the Role  

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of integrity, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, solutions-focused mindset. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations while collaborating closely with our finance and operations teams. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices and accounting transactions. 
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online (required).
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations. 
• Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations. 
• Reconcile corporate credit card accounts. 
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences. 
• Maintain organized supporting documentation. 
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting functions. 

Qualifications 

• 3+ years bookkeeping experience. 
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience. 
• Strong Excel skills. 
• Experience with high-volume transaction processing. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Compensation 

$25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
