Bookkeeper

I'm partnering with a private investment firm seeking a bookkeeper focused on long‑term ownership and growth. They invest across private equity and income‑producing real estate and manage a diversified portfolio.

This is a unique role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small, collaborative office.

• * Bill pay, consolidations & intercompany Accounts Payable
  * Support 20+ entities (varied activity levels)
  * P&L, balance sheet review and high volume bank reconciliations
  * Partner with external CPA firm & internal finance leadership
  * Assist with tax payments during tax season (multi‑state filings)
  * Strong QuickBooks experience required
  * Experience in PE‑backed companies, real estate, or family office a plus
  * Help keep day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly
• * Flexible, hands‑on, Extremely detail‑oriented and adaptable
  * Great communicator with a "no job too big or too small" mentality
