BOOKKEEPER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• The Bookkeeper will perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries

• The Bookkeeper will manage month-end close activities and prepare financial reports

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

  
  
• 
  

• The Bookkeeper will assist with audits and provide documentation as needed

• Work closely with leadership to address accounting questions and financial needs

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE

• 
  

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and full-cycle bookkeeping processes

  
  
• 
  

• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
