Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Chinese Speaking Full Time Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. include working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Chinese Reading and Writing Required!

Responsibilities

• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
• Preparing and filing financial documents
• Processing AP and AR
• Fact-checking accounting data
• Reconciling company accounts
• Perform all month end close activities
• Assisting with tax payments and returns
• Working with staff accounts as needed
