That is what makes us GNT.Due to the growth of GNT we are seeking aThe Bookkeeper will support the finance team by assisting with month-end close, financial reporting, and other accounting functions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a desire to grow in a hands‑on accounting role.The role:Work closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance to handle GNT's accounting needs.Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and inventory reports.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, deposits, and payments.Assist with posting transactions and managing AR functions alongside another Bookkeeper.Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor/customer accounts.Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation as needed.Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and ensure accurate financial records.Maintain organized and accurate accounting records in the ERP system.Use Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management.Support other accounting and finance projects as assigned.Additional responsibilities:Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations.Complete all assigned safety training in a timely manner.Stay current with all required training and ensure timely completion.Follow the Company's established processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and product quality guidelines.Maintain a collaborative team mindset while actively supporting GNT's Food Safety culture.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure your uniform is neat at all times, and support colleagues in adhering to hygiene standards.About you, as our ideal candidate:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or ERP‑driven environmentExperience with ERP/accounting softwareProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesWhat do we find important?GNT operates globally, being an independent, family‑owned business committed to investing in products, technology and importantly, our people.
