Bookkeeper - Riviera Beach

Manpower is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time, onsite assignment with a refrigeration client. This role is expected to last at least 2 months and follows a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hr DOE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction or HVAC industries. Experience with SAWIN software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist with invoicing, vendor payments, and billing inquiries

• Support payroll and job costing functions as needed

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management

• Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior bookkeeping experience required

• Experience in construction or HVAC preferred

• SAWIN software experience strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and general ledger

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Position is contingent on a background check and drug screen.
