Requirements<\/h3>- Perform
and/or review accounts payable processing<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Reconcile
and post transactions from bank, credit card, and brokerage statements, as well
as other client -provided data<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Prepare
journal entries as needed for accurate financial reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Create
and maintain supporting work papers for financial statements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Review
and classify expenses for accuracy and consistency<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Review
payroll entries and reconcile them with payroll journals and records<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Verify
payroll tax and benefit payments for accuracy and timeliness<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain
and update fixed asset records<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Reconcile
and settle inter company accounts between related entities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Organize
documentation to support all financial statement balances<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Prepare
monthly balance sheets and income statements using QuickBooks Online and
QuickBooks Desktop<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Assist
in the creation and maintenance of Permanent Files for clients<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with staff and clients on monthly
and quarterly reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- 2–4 years of
experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - 2+ years of
experience with real estate bookkeeping strongly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong
working knowledge of QuickBooks; QuickBooks Certification is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience
preparing complete financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and
cash flow statement) preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent
verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Exceptional
attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>

ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced, deadline -driven
