YOUR TYPICAL DAY
Kick off the day in QuickBooksknocking out invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Stay on your toes with client requests, vendor calls, and the occasional curveball
Wrap up with clean books, quick reports, and everything organized for success
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE
4+ years of bookkeeping experience (small environment preferred)
Proven QuickBooks experience
Solid AP/AR, payroll knowledge and general accounting
Maturity, professionalism, and a client-service mindset
High attention to detail
