Bookkeeper

Century Group has partnered with a great company in the Real Estate industry who is searching for a Bookkeeper. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $62,400 to $83,200 per year.

Job Description:

• Accounts receivable, in conjunction with Operations Coordinator
• Accounts payable, in conjunction with Expeditor and Retail Team
• Time billing review with Principal
• Compile and send client invoices, monthly
• Record all income and expense transactions
• Reconcile and maintain all accounts, including 5 bank accounts, 4 credit cards, and cash drawer
• Review and pay credit card statements monthly
• Assist with payroll, as needed
• Review work in progress 2x month, in conjunction with everyone
• Liaison with Principal and Accounting Consultant to review financial reports
• Correspondence with clients and vendors, as needed
• Track reimbursable expenses, per project
• Track employee expenses
• Assist with purchasing/expediting-related tasks

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
