THE TYPE OF BOOKKEEPER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with HR functions or managing benefits (including 401k)

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR BOOKKEEPER

You'll work directly with our General Manager to keep our financial engine running smoothly:

  • Manage all core accounting functions (A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.)
  • Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with precision
  • Generate accurate reports and financial insights
  • Perform data entry and project cost analysis
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including:
  • Insurance
  • Benefits coordination
  • HR support
  • Data analysis


YOUR SCHEDULE

Part-Time | Primarily Remote

  • Flexible schedule
  • Weekly in-office meeting required during business hours
  • Shifts vary but fall within business hours
