Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
Handle A/R and A/P, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Maintain and update general ledger
Support internal teams with financial planning
Utilize QuickBooks for all core bookkeeping functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
