This role is responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, preparing and posting journal entries, and assisting with maintenance of general ledgers, and payroll. The position also performs duties such as organizing client files, handing phone and email communication, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate data entry in accounting software. The Bookkeeper helps prepare basic financial records.

Candidates should possess skills in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries ( Accounting ) for accurate daily transaction recording.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support basic reporting and understanding of client financial data.
Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills, including attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal team members.
Ability to work on-site in Stuart, FL, manage confidential information responsibly, and maintain professionalism with clients.
Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration is preferred; familiarity with small business accounting is a plus.
Associates degree in accounting is a plus, additional coursework or certification in accounting or bookkeeping is beneficial.
