Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities
Process payroll and provide support during month-end close
Reconcile bank and credit card while ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date
Assist with accounting, administrative and other business needs as they arise
Record, organize and track financial transactions using accounting software

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, including familiarity with accounting software
Strong attention to detail

Salary: $45,000-$50,000
