About the Role A growing bookkeeping team is looking for a hands-on manager to lead the onboarding process for both new clients and new team members. You'll take ownership of client accounts during their critical first 6-8 weeks — identifying what needs to be done, analyzing how to improve the books, and making sure the team is taking great care of each client. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, initiative, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

• Onboard new clients and guide them through the account setup process
• Identify what needs to be done and analyze how to improve the books

Team Onboarding

• Onboard new employees joining the bookkeeping team

Account Management

• Handle and oversee client accounts for the first 6-8 weeks
• Ensure the bookkeeping team is taking proper care of the client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong management skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
