General Function
The Boost Program Manager is responsible for the overall strategic performance and management of the Boost program at Central Piedmont. The Boost program is a comprehensive academic support program designed to help students complete their academic journey to degree completion on time. Boost provides intensive academic advisement, career development, tuition scholarships, textbook, and transportation assistance. The Boost Program Manager works closely with faculty, staff, and administrators organize and manage all aspects of the Boost program.

Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in an appropriate discipline and eight years related experience, or a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, Counseling, and/or Social Work and six years of relevant experience.
Preferred
2-5 years supervisory experience
