Bootlegger (Performing Wait Staff)

* This is a tipped serving position in addition to performing. *

The purpose of Circa '21 is to create an atmosphere where eating and entertainment are combined as an exciting experience.

As a Circa '21 Bootlegger you are a vital piece to this experience.

We are one of only two dinner theaters in the United States with a performing waitstaff.

Bootlegger Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Bootlegger with performance experience to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve the guests of Circa '21 during the meal hour, intermissions and perform a 15-minute pre-show.

*Our ideal candidate will be a soprano or alto voice*

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving beverages, meals, and desserts
• Maintain knowledge of POS and menus
• Rehearsing and performing the Preshow
• Help with assisting guests to their tables
• Handling guest checks

Qualifications:

• Previous performance experience required
• Previous experience in food industry preferred
• Able to be on feet for 3-6 hours
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be soprano or alto voice
• Flexible availability for rehearsal schedules, performances and show days
