Required Skills for a Production Operator 

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory management systems
• Good communication skills for coordination with team members and suppliers
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management software
• Knowledge of Bosch’s operational standards and procedures
• Basic understanding of supply chain regulations and safety protocols

Requirements / Qualifications of a Production Operator

• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong work history may be considered
• Comfortable using hand tools (ex: drills, impact drivers, wrenches, measuring tools)
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift schedule
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30–50 lbs (based on assignment)
• Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
• Commitment to safety standards and best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles
