This is an outstanding long-term opportunity offering excellent benefits within a professional, fully staffed private residence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform all aspects of museum-quality housekeeping, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and meticulous care of the residence

  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings to the Estate Manager
  • Oversee the daily workflow, quality standards, and task delegation of the housekeeping team while providing ongoing guidance and training
  • Work collaboratively with the Estate Manager and household staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Exercise sound judgment by working discreetly around the principals and adapting workflow to household routines and schedules
  • Assist with household presentation, including kitchen organization, refrigerator maintenance, and table setting as requested
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
  • Additional housekeeping and household support responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or housekeeping leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of museum-quality cleaning techniques and proper care of luxury finishes, antiques, artwork, and specialty surfaces
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fully staffed household
  • Professional, polished, discreet, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, positive, and "no task too small" attitude
  • Ability to anticipate household needs while exercising excellent judgment and maintaining complete confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a home with pets
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime as household needs require
