Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and fit bouncers to join our security team. As a bouncer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring crowd behavior and enforcing club policies
- Checking IDs at the entrance and ensuring age restrictions are met
- Assisting in conflict resolution and maintaining order during events
- Providing excellent customer service while ensuring safety
- Collaborating with other staff members to handle emergencies and escalated situations
- Protecting VIP
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bouncer or in a security role is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to handle challenging situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Certification in security or first aid is a plus
