Do you love fashion, enjoy helping people, and have an eye for style? RiverFront Boutique is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Sales Associate to create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

In this role, you'll assist customers, maintain beautiful merchandise displays, process transactions, and help keep the boutique inviting and organized. If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and recommendations.
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Help create an enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.

Sales & Store Operations

• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain register accuracy.
• Support daily sales goals through exceptional customer service.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

Merchandising & Inventory

• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and a clean sales floor.
• Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts and organization.
• Help ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Support daily store operations wherever needed.
• Demonstrate our Core Values in every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in fashion, merchandising, and current trends.
• Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift merchandise as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
