Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy with a culture of delivering exceptional service, while ensuring all of our guests feel welcomed.Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet the needs of the business; flexible and/or consistent scheduling may be available.Comfortable preparing and serving snacks, food items, and alcoholic drinks consistent with the business' standards Job Requirements:Connect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needsAssist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belongingDrive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe optionsCheck identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcoholEffectively utilize the point of sale system and capture customer informationMaintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by ManagementMaintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by ManagementSupport sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as neededQualifications:1-2 years experience in Retail (preferred)Must be 21 years of age or olderRAMP certified (also offered through company)
