Job Requirements:Connect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needsAssist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belongingDrive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe optionsCheck identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcoholAttempt to limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading guests to stop drinking or arranging transportation for intoxicated guestsEffectively utilize the point of sale system and capture customer informationMaintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by ManagementMaintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by ManagementSupport sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as needed 1-2 years experience in Retail (preferred)Must be 21 years of age or olderRAMP certified (also offered through company)Experience serving and/or bartending is a plus
