At WOW Zone, the Bowling Customer Service Desk is the heartbeat of our guest experience. As a Bowling Customer Service team member, you are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in setting the tone for a fantastic visit. We are currently seeking a shift lead closer for coverage Thursday through Sunday evenings. Shift times will vary in the time frame of 4:00pm - 12:00am. The WOW! Zone is proud to provide opportunity for cross-training and advancement in the business through dedication and hard-work of our team members.
Your responsibilities include: - Welcoming Guests: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a warm smile to make them feel valued and excited about their visit.
- Providing Information: Be well-versed in all activities, events, and specials, offering clear and helpful information to guide guests through their options.
- Enhancing Experience: Use your high energy and positive attitude to ensure guests have a FUN and memorable experience, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handling Money: Accurately process transactions and handle cash or credit cards with precision, ensuring all financial procedures are followed.
- Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently.
- Promoting Activities: Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers to enhance their visit and encourage participation in various activities.
