Primary Responsibilities:
⢠Providing customer service â Food/Beverage â serving alcohol
⢠Basic mechanic skills for troubleshooting of bowling machines
⢠Computer skills preferred â AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system
⢠Natural ability to anticipate the guests' needs
⢠Daily records
Secondary Responsibilities:
⢠Daily and weekly cleaning duties of lanes, machines and work area
⢠Daily preparation work for guest's service
⢠Providing guests' assistance with bowling monitors, bowling balls, lanes, video games
Normal Working Hours:(Shift, days)
⢠Day and evening shifts â 11:00am-11:00pm
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Past Work Experience Requirements:
⢠Food/Beverage experience preferred
Educational Requirements:
⢠High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements:
⢠Excellent grammar and verbal skills
⢠Friendly and positive attitude
⢠Maturity and self assurance
Technical Requirements:
⢠Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
⢠Daily record keeping and inventory
Required Supervision:
⢠Structured supervision provided
⢠Ability to make mature decisions
Other Requirements:
⢠Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
⢠Heavy and light cleaning
