The Manager - Canyon Lanes oversees the full operations, administration, staffing, marketing, financial performance, and guest service experience of the bowling center, arcade, Class II gaming area, and food and beverage services. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all bowling center activities to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and a high-quality guest experience. The Manager leads all employees, manages facility and equipment maintenance, and develops strategies to maximize league play, open play, and group business.
