Final Assembler Job Purpose: Assemble electronic circuit boards per specifications and ensure quality is a priority. Nature of Duties: Perform a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations Demonstrates the ability to read, follow, and execute standardized assembly tasks using electronic work instructions Follow standard sequence of operations while conducting daily task including hand soldering, wiring, and component installation, harnessing and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other types of electronic assemblies This position is held to the highest standards in safety, ethics, quality, delivery, and productivity Excellent attention to detail Work typically includes interaction with development and manufacturing engineering personnel May perform rework and quality testing Ability to sit for long periods of time Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of related Experience Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is necessary Work overtime as required on business needs Must be able to lift 25-30lbs Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications Previous hand soldering experience, or the willingness to learn this skill.
