Support packaging operations by assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes used throughout the manufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to quality, safety, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications.
Inspect boxes for quality, structural integrity, and correct labeling.
Deliver completed boxes to production lines to support continuous operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Assist with general packaging, cleaning, sanitation, and other production support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop.
Basic math and counting skills.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to follow GMP requirements and wear required PPE, including safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing and eye protection, lab coats, and bump caps.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and odors.
