Job Description:

 Main responsibilities include answering telephone calls and conducting ticket sales for The Grand Opera House and Mercer Ticket Sales. Students will receive training in ticketing software and are expected to stay informed of upcoming shows and events. Additional responsibilities may include working on mailings, filing, and completing other tasks as assigned. The main box office is at The Grand Opera House on Mulberry Street, which is off campus. Applicant must have transportation. Shows and athletic events will be worked as needed. Box office hours during the school year are 12p-4p TR, 12p-6p F.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is committed to customer service and has great leadership skills. The ability to work well with others is necessary, and applicants must have some experience with computers. Good communication skills and a mode of self transportation are necessary.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hour
