Box Office & Ticket Sales Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Box Office & Ticket Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing ticket sales, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth entry process for our venue. Your primary responsibilities will include working the line in the entrance, checking waivers, and validating pre-purchased tickets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the box office. Sell tickets to customers using our ticketing system, ensuring accuracy in pricing. Assist customers with inquiries related to ticket availability, event details, and arrangements. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances. Check and validate pre-purchased tickets and ensure they correspond to the correct date. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during high-volume periods. Follow established procedures for ticket sales, refunds, exchanges, and any other related transactions/Questions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the box office area, including ticket counters and displays. Stay updated on upcoming events, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.
