About the Position

We are seeking a Box Truck Driver for our client in Hauppauge, NY. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour and requires 1 year of Box Truck driving experience and a valid DOT Medical Card.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a start time of 2:30 AM on Mondays and 3:00 AM Tuesday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday work (5 Saturdays per year, typically before Valentine's Day and Mother's Day)

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Delivering flowers, botanicals, and supplies
• Equipment: 16’ refrigerated box truck
• Handling: Unload by hand/hand cart
• Daily Stops: 14 stops per day
• Hours: 8-10 hours per day

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Medical Card Required
