Non-CDL Route Delivery Driver 
 
Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Mesa, AZ.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you'll operate a commercial delivery vehicle while serving as the face of Hillyard. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, safely deliver products, and enjoy the satisfaction of completing your route each day while being home with your family every evening.
 
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a commercial box truck on an established local delivery route.
  • Load, unload, and deliver products to customer locations using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
  • Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure products arrive safely and on time.
  • Secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
  • Build positive relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service.
  • Communicate customer needs and delivery information with internal teams.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience operating a box truck, straight truck, route truck, or other commercial delivery vehicle.
  • Strong commitment to safe driving with a good driving record.
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently while managing your daily route.
  • Experience loading and unloading deliveries using pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including email communication.
