| **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** |

| Operate Box Wire machines (re-coilers) in a manner consistent with |
| production standards and quality expectations of our customers. This |
| includes: |
| |
| Use machine control panel to set proper length, weight, gauge and |
| feed speed. |
| |
| Transfer completed coils from hubs to packaging boot. |
| |
| Visual inspection of coils, remove any quality defects. |
| |
| Box wire coil. |
| |
| Using pneumatic stapler to seal boxes. |
| |
| Use butt-welder and grinder to maintain continuous feed. |
| |
| Occasionally disengage equipment to remove tangles. |

| **Requirements:** |
| |
| Entry-level position. |
| |
| Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. |
| |
| Able to work in a fast-paced environment |
| |
| Able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc) |

| **Physical Requirements:** |
| |
| Walk and stand continuously. |
| |
| Manipulate, grip, grasp and handle coiled wire weighing 50 or 100lbs |
| |
| Lift up to 50 lbs constantly throughout shift. |
| |
| Lift up to 80 lbs occasionally. |
| |
| Bend, stoop and reach constantly throughout shift. |
| |
| Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. |
