Coaching Staff @ Brookfield East High School

Dates: 3/22/27-5/28/27

Job Description: To assist, lead and administer related duties and activities in full compliance with NFHS, WIAA, Greater Metro Conference, and Elmbrook School District policies.

A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate and will possess:

• Previous coaching experience.
• A coaching and learning philosophy that includes thoughts on the role of athletics in an educational setting, winning and losing, character education, and leadership development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• The desire to work cooperatively with the high-achieving athletic programs and the athletic department at Brookfield East High School.
• Must meet WIAA and district certification requirements.
• The ability to work diligently to assist all student-athletes to maximize their academic as well as athletic potential.
• Demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to the development of the student-athlete physically, mentally, and as a leader.
• A positive mental attitude.
