Boys JV1/JV2 Basketball Coach

Edgewood High School is seeking a qualified and dedicated JV1/JV2 Boys Basketball Coach for the upcoming basketball season.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Varsity Coach and the Edgewood Boys Basketball coaching staff to support the development of student-athletes and the continued growth of the basketball program.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and conduct practices that emphasize fundamental skill development, basketball IQ, teamwork, and competitive play.
• Teach and implement the program''s offensive and defensive philosophies.
• Develop student-athletes in preparation for future varsity participation.
• Assist with game preparation, coaching, and in-game responsibilities.
• Promote a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.
• Maintain high expectations for effort, accountability, sportsmanship, and academic success.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, coaching staff, and school administration.
• Support the overall mission and values of Edgewood High School.
