Boys Track & Field Coach - Throws

Whitefish Bay Schools is in need of an Assistant Track and Field Coach-Throws.

The ideal candidate must hold athletes to a high standard and are passionate about developing young athletes. We are looking for someone committed to fostering a positive and competitive team environment. Interested candidates should have previous coaching or playing experience, good communication skills and be organized.

Preferred Coaching Criteria:

• Previous experience coaching/competing in the sport
• A general philosophy on coaching and passion for the sport
• Knowledge of the fundamentals, training, rules, and strategy of the sport
• Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and administration
• Strong organizational skills
