Starting salary ranges from $110,000/yr to $120,000/yr
OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under general direction, serves as the Clinical Case Managers' primary point-of-contact for practitioners, service providers, and participants; assures complete and accurate documentation has been processed; facilitate resolution of grievances. Provides direction and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the clinic’s medical programs; manages, implements and monitors the quality assurance programs; develops and implements programs to retain volunteers and clinical staff; implements credentialing, re-credentialing and in-service training programs; assists in long- and short-term planning.
