This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong press brake experience who takes pride in precision work, understands metal fabrication processes, and can consistently produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills Previous press brake operating experience REQUIRED Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools Strong math skills and understanding of measurements, tolerances, and bend calculations Knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and bending characteristics Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each production run Bend sheet metal and plate to exact dimensions and specifications Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality compliance Perform machine adjustments, offsets, and minor program edits as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all SOPs, OSHA guidelines, and safety procedures Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment concerns promptly Support additional shop duties as assigned Work Environment Industrial machine shop / fabrication environment Exposure to machinery, metal materials, industrial noise, and production conditions Physically active role requiring standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and repetitive movement Why You ll Want This Opportunity Strong pay at $24.00 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Stable Monday Friday schedule Great fit for experienced fabrication professionals Opportunity to work in a skilled manufacturing environment Apply Today Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at (918) 576-7117.
