Now Hiring: Press Brake Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Escalon, CA

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with experience operating both automated and hydraulic press brakes to set up and run jobs, inspect finished components, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and run jobs on the press brake according to instructions and specifications.
• Operate supporting equipment, including overhead cranes, forklifts, and hydraulic presses.
• Understand and use machine controls to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow machine setup instructions for various jobs.
• Inspect components as they come off the machine to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Recognize potential machine or process problems and promptly notify the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the machine and surrounding work area.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating both automated and hydraulic press brakes.
• Ability to set up and operate a press brake.
• Familiarity with machine controls and supporting equipment.
• Basic understanding of measurements and tolerances.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
