Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing shop‑floor environment with moderate noise levels, where employees work directly with CNC brake press equipment and other metal fabrication machinery. The standard schedule is 1st shift: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift while following established safety and quality procedures. Employees are expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel‑toed boots and hearing protection, and to maintain an organized, safety‑focused workspace in alignment with company policies and shop‑floor standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
