Job Title: Press Brake/Punch Press Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake/Punch Press Operator to set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, working with precision tools, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

• Set up and operate press brake/punch press machines to bend and form metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3+ years of experience operating press brake/punch press machines (or similar equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• Experience with CNC press brake/punch press machines
• Knowledge of different metals and their properties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Shift: M-F, 6:00-2:30 (Overtime sometimes required)
Wages commiserate with experience / skill: $16-$20 per hour
