Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-precision aircraft components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills
Prior experience operating and programming CNC press brakes REQUIRED
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
Knowledge of bend allowances, bend deductions, material behavior, and forming calculations
Experience working to tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and commitment to aerospace-level quality standards
Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to form aircraft components
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate bends, dimensions, and tolerances
Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each production run
Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
Adjust programs, tooling, and machine settings to maintain part accuracy
Follow all aerospace manufacturing quality, safety, and production procedures
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace or aircraft component manufacturing
Familiarity with AS9100 or similar aerospace quality systems
Experience with press brake controls such as Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar platforms
Work Environment
Precision aerospace manufacturing environment
Exposure to CNC press brake equipment, sheet metal materials, measuring tools, and active production operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
Quality-driven environment focused on tight tolerances and aerospace standards
