About the Job: The Branch Administrator is the heartbeat of our Philadelphia area branch, located in Lester, PA, providing essential administrative and financial support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. This role manages a variety of behind-the-scenes responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, reporting, vendor and customer setup, and compliance activities such as IFTA reporting, COIs, and DISA drug-testing coordination. Working closely with branch leadership and other administrative partners, the Branch Administrator ensures records are accurate, deadlines are met, and processes remain organized and compliant. We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who values teamwork, communicates effectively, and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced, safety-focused operation.
