The Branch Clerk will manage the branchs administrative functions such as accounts payables, vehicle registrations, petty cash, billing, research, payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, and new hire paperwork. There are daily data entry tasks which include additional administrative and clerical duties. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself.

Requirements
• 3 years experience in related field focused on accounts payables and general bookkeeping • 1 to 2 years of basic administrative experience in a large fast-paced office environment • Valid drivers license • Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers • Ability to meet deadlines • Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word • Multi-task on multiple assignments within a fast-paced environment • Customer service focused • Solid 10 Key skill set and data entry background • Strong typing skills 35 WPM
