    Job Description

    MAU is hiring a Branch Coordinator in Augusta, GA. As a Branch Coordinator, you will support the efficient operation of branch administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, compliance documentation, billing, reporting, and staffing operations.

    Shift Information

    • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Periodic nights and weekends may be required based on business needs.

    Required Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 4+ years of professional experience in an administrative business role
    • 1+ years of payroll processing experience
    • Above-average computer skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
    • Experience in the staffing industry, manufacturing human resources, or production supervision
    • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    Essential Functions

    • Process employee payroll accurately and efficiently, including necessary corrections and adjustments.
    • Audit payroll and billing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Track employee pay and client billing charges.
    • Process client billing and resolve invoicing questions.
    • Ensure incoming bills are allocated to the appropriate client or division.
    • Verify that billing source documents are completed for each client for services and supplies provided.
    • Maintain employee PTO and vacation pay records and reports.
    • Audit employee credentials and maintain accurate employee files.
    • Conduct employee orientations and support the onboarding process.
    • Complete Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify requirements.
    • Coordinate drug screenings and process background checks.
    • Assist with pre-employment screenings and candidate assessments as needed.
    • Help employees understand and enroll in available insurance benefits.
    • Maintain accurate employment documentation in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Schedule candidate interviews as needed.
    • Record employee absenteeism in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Maintain attendance reports for designated client locations and distribute reports to clients.
    • Conduct occasional applicant phone screenings to support recruiting efforts.
    • Provide receptionist coverage, including answering phones and processing applicants.
    • Assist with daily administrative activities supporting staffing, recruiting, and account management operations.
    • Order and maintain office supplies to support daily branch operations.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and facility service requests.
    • Assist branch staff with ordering office meals and preparing for business meetings.
    • Develop and maintain operational reports for branch management.
    • Lead, coordinate, and participate in MAUs 5S workplace organization program, if applicable.
    • Support branch personnel with administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
    • Work in a professional office environment.
    • Routinely use standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
    • Perform administrative tasks requiring extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking.

    Physical Requirements

    The following activities may be required with or without reasonable accommodation:

    • Occasionally lift 5-15 pounds.
    • Stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
    • Sit for up to 8 hours.
    • Climb stairs as needed.
