BRANCH EXPERIENCE MARKETING CONSULTANT-BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

Charlotte, NC | Onsite

Alternate locations: Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA

 COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $61.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Contract assignment, 18+ months

• Potential contract-to-hire opportunity

• Target start date: October 12, 2026

 ROLE IMPACT

Support the development, execution, and optimization of retail branch marketing campaigns that advance business priorities, improve the client experience, and strengthen brand presence across the branch network. Translate business objectives into effective branch marketing and merchandising solutions while managing multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute large-scale branch, channel, and retail marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.

• Lead creative development with agency and partner teams and coordinate marketing deliverables through implementation.

• Manage marketing programs, projects, and workstreams across a highly matrixed and regulated organization.

• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, market research, and marketing analytics to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.

• Coordinate initiatives requiring Risk, Legal, and Compliance review while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and related training.

• 7–10 years of related experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, program management, marketing communications, or related disciplines, including experience developing and executing large marketing campaigns.

• Experience in consumer banking, retail banking, lending, deposits, cards, wealth, or small business marketing, including work in a highly regulated environment requiring Risk, Legal, and Compliance reviews.

• Bilingual: English/Spanish

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting retail branch networks, physical channel marketing, signage, merchandising, customer experience programs, agency partners, print production, or marketing fulfillment partners.

• Familiarity with Workfront, Aprimo, or similar workflow/project management tools; MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market and/or Spanish fluency (written and verbal) to support Spanish-language marketing initiatives and customer-facing materials.
