Role: Assists members and potential members with their financial needs, opens new accounts, processes account transactions and loan requests, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services.

Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills: Must be able to maintain life insurance and NMLS registration. Must be able to utilize various electronic systems to obtain and enter information. Must demonstrate strong public contact and communication skills. Must demonstrate good judgment skills in order to resolve member issues and to offer other services. Must be current on all policies and procedures related to branch services and products offered. Must be adept in handling new accounts, share certificates and IRA accounts.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move around the branch and must be able sit and stand for an extended period of time. Light lifting is required.
