In search of:
Full-Time Branch Maintenance Director
This position will split time between the Meyers Lake YMCA and the Eric Snow Family YMCA
Salary:
$44,000+ commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
Provides overall coordination of facility maintenance, including planning and developing preventative maintenance.
Ensures the proper operation of all mechanical systems, pool equipment and water, heating and cooling systems, filtration systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, exercise equipment, and other related building systems.
Completes repair work and projects in a timely manner. Oversees all contractors that work in the facility and grounds. May request and review bids and recommend selection of contractors.
Provide overall supervision and coordination of housekeeping services
Develops system to accurately record and track equipment warranties, age of equipment, replacement parts and repairs.
Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available as needed. Maintain inventory for heavy wear items.
Works with outside agencies such as fire, health, building depts., etc. to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities and grounds.
Develops budgets supporting the preventative and annual maintenance plans and monitors expenditures against budget.
Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules, and directs assigned staff and volunteers. Reviews and evaluates performance. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals.
Participates with other members of management in the YMCAs fundraising campaign.
Advises management on maintenance issues and projects as requested.
Be a part of leadership team to assess annual plan of capital projects, consistent with the YMCAs strategic plan.
