Branch Manager

Air Equipment Rental Corp is looking for someone to manage all aspects of a niche rental organization. Candidates will need to be willing and able to quickly master the intricacies of our unique business as well as have a solid grasp on the basics of rental operations, sales, and personnel management. A position with us will allow you to demonstrate your time-management skills, analytical thinking abilities, and creative problem-solving skills as you meet the challenges of growing an organization in an evolving rental market. You’ll be joining a small but effective team of like-minded individuals that believe in work-life balance.

Qualifications to be considered:

* Have two years relevant work experience – doesn’t have to be niche rental, but relevant industry experience (rental, construction, industrial operations, sales)

* Be able to function in modern office environment (office hardware competent, computer familiarity, software adaptability, file management basics)

* Be a positive, energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented individual able to succeed with minimal supervision

* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrate a proven track record of growing a rental operation through sales and operations management

* Build collaborative relationships both internally with other branches and personnel, and externally with customers, manufacturers, competitors, and partners
