Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the diesel industry, specifically with Ingersoll Rand and Doosan engines, air compressors, and diesel generators. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on growing revenue while ensuring superior customer service.
$100k + depending on experience. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the branch, including sales, service, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, sales professionals, and administrative staff.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of service technicians to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and manage branch financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with company and industry standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, including developments in Ingersoll Rand and Doosan products, as well as air compressors and diesel generators.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in the diesel industry, with a focus on Ingersoll Rand and Doosan engines, air compressors, or diesel generators.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a branch or operations management role.
- Strong understanding of service operations, inventory control, and financial management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
- Technical knowledge of diesel engines, air compressors, and power generation equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM and inventory management software.
