Description
Position Purpose and Objectives:
Responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the branch. Lead and develop branch staff with the goal of providing EPIC service to members throughout every service offered.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
Ability to oversee and promote a sales/service environment; working knowledge of a variety of financial products and services; excellent member service skills; exceptional interpersonal and oral communication skills; basic computer and typing skills; excellent time management and organizational skills; professional and polished in both attitude and appearance; Skilled in guiding, motivating, and assessing team members to recognize both areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in performance and service.
Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a branch environment
Minimum 3-5 years Sales/Service experience in a Retail and/or Financial Institution environment
